New chairman of Aarsleff’s board of directors

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, Ebbe Malte Iversen, is not seeking re-election at the future annual general meeting which will be held on 30 January 2025. 

Ebbe Malte Iversen, who has just turned 73 years, has a long Aarsleff career behind him. He was employed as an engineer in 1975, and in 1999 he was appointed as CEO, a position that he assigned to Jesper Kristian Jacobsen in 2018. Since 2019, Ebbe Malte Iversen has been chairman of the Board of Directors of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S. 

After the annual general meeting in January, the Board of Directors will constitute itself with Jørgen Dencker Wisborg as chairman. Jørgen Dencker Wisborg is 62 years old and has been Deputy Chairman of the Board since January 2022 when he became a board member. 

Jørgen Dencker Wisborg has great experience within management, strategy and development and since 2022 when he resigned as the CEO of the energy company OK, he has concentrated on board work. In addition to the current position as Deputy Chairman in Aarsleff, he also holds a position as chairman of the board at Schouw & Co.
