Aarsleff has unexpectedly lost arbitration proceedings from 2015 regarding the construction of a biogas plant, resulting in a negative effect on EBIT of approx. DKK 72 million. In addition, there will be litigation interest of DKK 16 million.
The company’s other operations are progressing in line with expectations.
As a consequence of the arbitration award, the full-year expectations for the 2018/19 EBIT results are adjusted downwards to DKK 460 million.
