Jens Bjerg Sørensen has chosen not to seek re-election on the forthcoming annual general meeting of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
Jens Bjerg Sørensen has served on the board for nine years and has made a significant contribution to the board work thanks to his extensive experience and expertise. Ebbe Malte Iversen, chairman of the board of directors, thanks him for his dedication and valuable contribution to the company’s development during an important period.
