Aarsleff’s history is characterised by long-term employments and continuity at management level. In 1999, Ebbe Malte Iversen was appointed General Manager – as just the third man in charge after the founder Per Aarsleff and his successor Palle Svejstrup.

Per Aarsleff – General Manager from 1947 to 1988. Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1988 to 1999.
Palle Svejstrup – employed in 1965. General Manager from 1988 to 1999. Chairman of the Board from 1999 to 2010.
Ebbe Malte Iversen– employed in 1975. General Manager from 1999 till 2018.
In 2018, Jesper Kristian Jacobsen took over the position as CEO as just the fourth man in charge of Aarsleff.
