Announcement to NASDAQ OMX COPENHAGEN A/S

Aarsleff and the land development company Marmormolen P/S have entered into an agreement on design and execution of land development works at Marmormolen, Port of Copenhagen.

The contract has a value of approx. DKK 200 million and consists of extension and reconstruction of the existing Marmormolen, establishment of a new road, Marmorvej, as well as demolition of the existing UNICEF buildings.

The design phase starts now, and the execution of the total project is expected to be completed in 2016.

The contract does not affect Aarsleff’s expectations for the financial year 2009/2010.
