Due to an ever increasing demand from consultants and clients for documentation and quality assurance, Aarsleff has introduced electronic data collection from static test loading on foundation piles – a mobile onsite laboratory.

The traditional manometers and mechanical dial gauges have been replaced by robust force and displacement transducers from the renowned German company HBM GmbH. Data collection takes place on an ordinary PC and is forwarded electronically.

Our transducers are calibrated according to instructions and recommendations from HBM.

The calibration is checked by DTI and the FORCE Institute on a current basis.
