Announcement to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange

Per Aarsleff A/S has entered into an agreement on acquisition of an existing concrete element factory in Gothenburg in Sweden effective 1 April 2008.

The purpose is to establish pile production with a view to supplying piles to Aarsleff’s own activities as well as to other piling contractors. In the area there is already a long tradition of using prefabricated reinforced concrete piles for foundation.

The first supplies have already taken place, and in the coming period the plant will be extended with a view to increasing the capacity. At the same time, production equipment will be installed, corresponding to the Aarsleff Group standard used in existing pile plants in Denmark, Poland and England.
