Aarsleff wishes to offer attractive jobs and give the highest priority to working environment, job satisfaction and lifelong development.

We are committed to meeting applicable law and other relevant requirements, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees.

It is our policy to carry out operations in a responsible manner with regard to health and safety.

We consider good planning and careful preparation a contributory precondition for a good working environment. The aspects relating to working environment must be considered in the execution already during planning and choice of method. Order and tidiness and a systematic layout of the individual workplace must be prioritised during our working day.

We are committed to improving the working environment on an ongoing basis, and we therefore expect that all employees take responsibility and learn from their own and others’ mistakes, and that the daily work includes a constant focus on possible improvements of the individual operations and the working environment.

Each employee has an individual responsibility to be conscious of his/her own working environment as well as the working environment of his/her colleagues. Especially, it is the manager’s responsibility to take action if criticisable conditions are found during site visits.

This working environment policy shall apply to all employees working under Aarsleff’s management.
