In a joint venture with German contractors Ed. Züblin AG, Per Aarsleff A/S has signed a contract with the port authorities in Rostock on construction of a larger jetty.

Approx. 260,000 tons of Swedish quarry stone will be applied for the jetty. The contract value is approx. DKK 70million. Aarsleff and Züblin are already cooperating on minor harbour construction acitivities in Hamburg and Bremen, Germany.

The new contract was initiated in June and is scheduled for completion in spring 2004.
