Next to the company Brandts Klædefabrik in the centre of Odense an existing parking area is being transformed into a two-storey underground parking. On top of the basement a four-storey office building will be constructed.

Piling chose instead, in cooperation with Project Development & Design, to offer a secant pile wall anchored in one level by double channel wailing and soil anchors.
