For many years now, the Aarsleff Group has contributed a number of solutions towards infrastructure tasks at and around the Danish rail network.

Now, the Group has founded the private company Aarsleff Rail A/S. We are thus ready to meet the challenges and the sharpened competition when major government rail investments are realised in the years to come.

Aarsleff Rail gathers all railway technical competencies of Per Aarsleff A/S, Petri & Haugsted as and Wicotec A/S. This way, we are able to further develop the close working relationship initiated in Banekonsortiet nearly ten years ago.

Solid qualifications

Petri & Haugsted as has worked as a civil engineering contractor within railway construction since the company was established in 1908. Thus, the company was involved in the construction of the first railway sections in Denmark and it has kept track of developments ever since.

For a number of years, Wicotec A/S has carried out all types of electricity, interlocking and catenary systems for track construction and infrastructure construction at the Danish railway network.      

Over the years, Per Aarsleff A/S has carried out a number of technical civil engineering track constructions, especially for the electrification of the Danish railway sections.

Aarsleff Rail thus builds its qualifications on a good and solid foundation.
