By prefabricating and stock holding reinforced concrete piles Aarsleff can offer a flexible overnight supply.

Centrum Pæle, Aarsleff’s pile factory in Vejle, has about 80,000 lm of piles in stock. In addition we own facilities for production of reinforced concrete piles in England and Poland.

Aarsleff designs, manufactures, installs and tests precast reinforced concrete piles for all types of civil engineering and construction works:

• Single-family houses, high-rise buildings, institutions
• Office buildings, sports centres, industrial buildings
• Masts, wind turbines, bridges
• Pile slabs, power stations, treatment plants
• Access ramps for wheel chairs, water chutes and the like
• Railway construction

Our piles are very robust and match most soil conditions.

For railway electrification and noise barriers we have developed special piles with embedded bolts to facilitate and optimise subsequent assemblage.

Furthermore, our subsidiaries in Denmark and Germany carry out testing, control and measurement of our piles, and the results are presented as documentation to our customers.
