Announcement to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange

As of 1 October 2005 Wicotec A/S, Taastrup, a 100% owned subsidiary of the Aarsleff Group, has acquired the shares in the Danish ventilation company E. Klink A/S in Skovlunde.

E. Klink A/S designs, manufactures, installs and services purpose-built ventilation systems and has its own service department. The company has an annual business volume of DKK 70 million and employs 40 people. 

Wicotec A/S carries out technical installations, the main emphasis being on technical contracts and related service works. Wicotec A/S has an annual business volume of DKK 384 million and employs 384 people.

E. Klink A/S will carry on its activities under its own name, management and from its own address.
