Aarsleff’s Piling division recently got the first of two new Banut 650 piling rigs.
The piling rig is a flexible machine supplied with a six-tonne fully hydraulic Uddcomb hammer, telescopic counterweight and a 24-metre long leader. The rig furthermore has an extra winch that can be used for predrilling works or as pull-down when working with a vibrator or an auger motor. The machine can also be mounted with equipment for static pressing of sheet piles.
When the piling rig is transported from one work site to another, the hammer is mounted on the rig and the undercarriage is telescoped from the 4.70-metre working width to the 3.30-metre transport width. This is a very stable and transport-friendly rig that is quickly set up and dismantled.
After purchasing the two new Banut 650 piling rigs, the Aarsleff Group has a total of 36 fully hydraulic piling rigs, which are currently working in Denmark, England, Germany, Poland, Sweden and Kazakhstan.
