Announcement to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange

Per Aarsleff A/S has entered into an agreement with Wasco Coatings Ltd. in Malaysia to sell its concrete coating factory in Esbjerg and the associated patents.

The factory was originally built as a test plant for testing and development of a new method for concrete coating of marine pipelines. For the past ten years the method has been used for minor contracts in Denmark and abroad.

In connection with the sale, Per Aarsleff A/S recognises an extraordinary profit of DKK 11 million and the profit before tax for the financial year 2006/2007 is now expected to reach DKK 176 million.
