PSL lining is suited for rehabilitation of all types of pressure, process and drinking water pipes. The PSL liner consists of a glass-fiber reinforced polyester felt layer, a felt layer reinforced with nylon as well as a polyester felt layer with a PE coating. The liner is impregnated with resin prior to installation and it is produced in all dimensions. The method complies with the requirements of the Danish Environmental Protection Agency concerning materials used in drinking water pipes.

The installation is carried out from a scaffold above an excavated launch pit. The liner is inverted in soft, impregnated condition into the defect pipeline by means of water pressure. When the liner is in place, it is cured with hot water. After curing the liner is hard and abrasion-resistant with a smooth surface.

Before and after relining the pipeline is TV inspected.
